Description:
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” company-wide culture. Responsible for overseeing the Slot Department’s day to day operations. Directs Shift Managers, Assistant Shift Managers and Slot Ambassadors. Evaluate Slot Department policies and procedures for efficiencies. Provides constructive feedback to the Director on necessary changes and improvements. Implements and monitors approved changes. Reviews all internal controls that exist to control the movement of sensitive materials on the Slot floor, including but not limited to, keys and cash. Responsible for reviewing and adjusting departmental scheduling flow. Complies and verifies all signatory controls. Understands the players club rewards program and the CMS tracking system. Be aware of all upcoming events and promotions.
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Minimum five (5) years Slot experience preferred. Must have knowledge of Title 31, MICS and internal regulations. Must be able to maintain positive and effective working relationships with Team Members, Guests, and other departments. Must have the ability to coach and counsel Team Members. Minimum age requirement is 21.
