As Assistant Director of Partner Fulfillment and Activation, you play a vital role in ensuring all elements of a corporate partnership are fulfilled on time and budget (e.g., signage, apparel development, logo placement, visibility, etc.). You will collaborate with your fellow caregivers to develop goals to facilitate a streamlined experience for partners and the timely execution of assets. Additionally, this position offers an established career path, with eligibility for step promotion to Associate Director after two years of successful progress. A caregiver in this position works days from 8:00AM – 5:00PM. This position is eligible for individuals living in Ohio, Florida or Nevada.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Identify individual and corporate sponsorship prospects, volunteers and donors using various databases, physicians, volunteers and internal colleagues. Strategically involve volunteers in planning aspects of events and initiatives to incorporate a broader scope of participation. Coordinate donor, sponsor or volunteer interests with the priorities of the organization and develop funding proposals to match interests with needs. Coordinate donor communications and stewardship reports for donors concerning Cleveland Clinic priorities, needs and use of their gifts. Collaborate with centralized internal colleagues to develop and execute philanthropic projects, such as foundation grant applications, cause marketing efforts, fundraising events support and annual fund. Establish and maintain friendly and cooperative relations with individuals contacted during the course of work, (e.g., corporate executives, volunteers, staff physicians, etc.). Execute all partner deliverables associated with their support of Cleveland Clinic events and initiatives (e.g., Children's Derby Day Soirée, Children's Golf, VeloSano Bike to Cure, Cause Marketing). Provide a streamlined experience for the various corporate partners and ensure timely execution of assets. 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Bachelor’s Degree Three years of experience in Project Management, Donor Relations, Event Management, Marketing or Soliciting of Corporate Sponsors OR extensive transferable skills with some experience
