Develop and implement strategic plans for youth services programs.Collaborate with senior leadership to align services with district goalsFoster partnerships with community organizations and agenciesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsManage program budgets and allocate resources effectivelyRecruit, hire, and supervise staff, including counselors, social workers, and support staff for YCSTAR, YCPR and TFH programs.Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunitiesEvaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedbackEnsure delivery of comprehensive support services, including counseling, mental health, and academic supportFacilitate referrals to community resources and servicesDevelop and implement crisis response plans, including emergency protocols and threat assessmentsBuild and maintain relationships with community organizations, agencies, and stakeholdersCollaborate with community partners to provide services, resources, and support to students and familiesDevelop, implement, and review policies and procedures related to school-based services as needed.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Master's Degree requiredAND one of the following:
Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC)Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Supervisory experience preferred, but not requiredAdditional Qualifications:
A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentCompassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
