**Assistant(e) d'Activités H/F**
**Tâches principales :**
+ Organise des réunions pour les équipes,
+ Gère les courriers (simples/recommandés) et leur archivage dans Siebel
+ Gestion des publipostages,
+ Gère les déplacements de l'équipe,
+ Gère l'envoi des contrats aux clients, au format papier ou en signature électronique,
+ Suit les approbations et la signature internes des documents contractuels et leur archivage dans Siebel,
+ Est l'interlocuteur/trice privilégié(e) de l’équipe pour tout ce qui concerne leur activité : relecture de documents, mise en page, etc,
+ Gère les commandes de fournitures de bureau,
+ Gère des devis, des bons de commande (ariba et Siebel),
+ Organisation d’événements Clients.
**Compétences :**
+ Excellente maitrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Word, Excel et Powerpoint.
+ Bonne communication (écrite et orale).
+ A l'aise avec les outils informatiques" pour une prise en main rapide de différents outils internes.
+ Bon niveau d'anglais (idéalement un C1)
+ Bon niveau d’orthographe (certification Voltaire).
+ Des connaissances en assistanat RH et en assistanat juridique sont un atout.
