Plan, assign and supervise planned and reactive maintenance activities for the facilities in data centre, including electrical and mechanical system.

Manage and instruct direct staff and subcontractors performing routine repair and maintenance activities and certify work completion.

Response to ad hoc activities and tackle the technical problems thereafter.

Co-ordinate with the client and customers to fulfil work requirements.

To check on site project and repair & maintenance works carried out by subcontractors to ensure work completion, quality and method of working for compliance with specification and ordinance requirements.

To provide comment, proposals and reports concerning maintenance issues.
