Responsibilities:
Reporting to Technical Manager in regular maintenance service and review procedureManage and lead the technicians to provide support Such as team’s assigned duties, matching with the standard & safety policy and proceduresprepare and manage the budgeting, RFQ & Tender etc.Maintain efficiency and reliability of building service and installations, builder worksLiaise with contractors for repairs and maintenancePromptly report and escalate emergency incidents or critical system issues to appropriate personnel.Address basic daily ad-hoc repairs and respond to various end-user requests in a timely manner.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards and local regulations.Emergency on-call service when requiredRequirements:
Higher Diploma or Associate degree or above in Building Services, electronic or electrical Engineering3 to 5 years working experienceWith 2 years' site experience from large-scale projects on main contractor side. Class A Registered Electrical Worker and Security Worker permit is preferred.Familiar with AutoCAD operation and general computer skills.Good communication skills, a sense of responsibility, independence. Good command of Cantonese and general English, able to read and write Chinese and English.About JLL –
