Prepare to make a meaningful impact and drive exceptional results in our fast-paced and exciting environment.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSpecialize in content creation by developing engaging and relevant materials for various platforms, including social media, blogs, and newsletters, ensuring alignment with client branding and messaging strategiesImplement and monitor projects within a specific set of clients under the direction of senior team membersWork closely with and support the needs of the client servicing teams. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:Media relations – media monitoring, schedule and coordinate with third parties on events, assist with preparation of press kits, update media list and assist with compilation of reportsWork closely with senior team members on multiple industry, media landscape research studies across a variety of industries and clients and Edelman internal initiativesAssist with project set-up and coordination with multiple service providersFamiliarity with press release writing, draft pitch emails, conduct and compile research as directed by supervisorsHelp prepare informal and formal client reports and presentation materialsRequirementsFluent in English (native or near-native proficiency preferred)Previous internship experience in a PR agency or in-house marketing/communications role is advantageousGraduates in Marketing, Public Relations and Communications, Language & Translation, Economics or Business, Travel/Hospitality, or Art & Culture are preferredDemonstrated ability to quickly grasp and master new conceptsStrong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in workExcellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver completed projects in a timely manner.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordOutstanding written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills are essential, with fluency in Mandarin being a plusBasic understanding of the local and/or regional business news media and the communications environment in Hong KongA team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and maintaining positive social interactions while keeping client satisfaction at the forefrontA natural curiosity and eagerness to continually expand knowledge and skills
