Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Job Description The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will assist the Executive Housekeeper in all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure that only the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained. He/she will assume the duties and responsibilities of the Executive Housekeeper in her absence. He/she will monitor and conduct regular inspections to all areas of the Hotel for security, cleanliness and maintenance purposes.

A good candidate should have work experience in the same capacity and has thorough knowledge on guestroom and bathroom cleaning, make-up and “turn down” bed procedures and lastly, should have adequate knowledge on the proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper should also have the ability to train, develop, direct and motivate staff under his/her supervision and evaluate their performance. He/ she should assist in overseeing training programs, requirements and schedules for department staff. He/ she should also be able to interact and deal professionally with all housekeeping staff and with other departments’ staff regarding housekeeping and general services.
