About the role
Based in Melbourne’s corporate office, manage and maintain clients leased premises. Remotely delegate maintenance processes across all properties, ensuring compliance with performance expectations. The role will assume overall responsibility to assist Account Lead with PO administration, site budgets, accounting and finance, maintenance and operations, contract services, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services and helpdesk. The portfolio will include a mixture of commercial properties and distribution centres.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain effective communication with JLL team members while ensuring transparency in leasing and support services.
Serve as the key facilities contact for clients, proactively engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels to meet expectations.
Manage vendors to ensure timely, budget-compliant service delivery following agreed client procurement guidelines and JLL best practices.
Oversee contracts for professional delivery at optimal costs, monitor contract expirations, initiate re-procurement when needed, and continuously assess value.
Monitor financial operations to meet or exceed targets, follow JLL Code of Ethics, adhere to financial processes, and participate in budgeting.
Uphold health and safety responsibilities to protect oneself, colleagues, and visitors by complying with guidelines, policies, and rules.
Implement and maintain site operations including building procedures, performance measures, and Critical Environment requirements while seeking continuous quality improvements.
Provide 24/7 emergency support, manage work orders, serve as second-in-command for critical sites, and perform site inspections and ad-hoc project management.
Implement and maintain JLL's Operational Risk Management program, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Follow proper escalation and incident reporting procedures while adhering to JLL's business conduct guidelines, procedures, and strategies.
What we are looking for:
Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.Possess a can-do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.A strategic thinker who can deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related field.Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.Experience with critical facilities management.Proficiency in vendor management for specialized services.Technical understanding of property systems (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system).Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts.Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.What to expect from us:
