What this job involves

Operational Management: Oversee site services, implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure technology platforms function as intended, using analytics for proactive responsesExperience Enhancement: Drive the Human Experience Roadmap, supporting regional initiatives to improve workplace experience, employee engagement, and community involvementStrategic Engagement: Develop and implement client and community engagement strategies, using data and feedback to optimize service delivery and communicationCommunication & Relationships: Implement internal communication strategies, foster stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective reporting to clients.Financial Oversight & Improvement: Ensure timely generation of monthly performance reports, review financial reports, and propose improvements to operational SOPs

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

Degree in Building Studies, Facility Management and Property Management is preferredMinimum of 5 years relevant working experience in Facilities Management, ideally coming from international school will be an advantageExperience in liaising with local / government agencies / landlords regarding operations, lease management and contractual servicesProven leadership in building collaborative teams and driving performance o meet KPIsStrong coaching skills with a focus on staff development and upholding work standardsStrong customer service, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skillsGood command of both spoken and written English and CantoneseIndependent, self-motivated, flexible, responsible and willing to work under pressureInternational school experience is preferred
