Organizes, controls and co-ordinates the operational management of buildings and associated facilities to ensure the proper and efficient operation of all physical aspects, which encompasses safe and productive environments for the occupants

Job Description

Key AccountabilitiesReports into the Regional Facility ManagerManage day to day office and facilities management, reception management, including facilities related interfacing with vendors in ManilaProvide Real Estate Services oversight to the Client office.Manage the day-to-day operations of the facilities to ensure maintenance, project management, space planning, janitorial, and other services are completed in a manner consistent with client directives.Responsible for financial management of the Manila office including budgeting, forecasting, contracting with vendors, etc.
 

Requirements:

Develops positive relationships with clients and local management. Proactive in client management and promptly responds to problem and concerns that are recurring or of a sensitive nature; enforce rules and regulations.Work with Regional Facility Manager to implement new site transitionsManage the onsite receptionProvide high quality customer service to both internal and external customers.Conduct regular review of facilities management operations and implement improvement plans.
 Background and ExperienceMinimum 2 years’ experience as a Facilities Administrator or Customer Service Agent or.Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance CoordinatorStrong verbal and written communication skillsFluency in both English and local language is requiredExperience in meeting client needs within agreed timelines (SLA’s)
