Pay: $70000 - $80000 / year (paid hourly)

Schedule: M-F; 8a - 5p (on call as needed)

Job Summary

JLL is currently seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Integrated Facilities Management team.  The position will develop client relationships with key representatives supporting real estate goals and objectives. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, managing direct reports, vendor management, Corrigo WO creation, etc.

Responsibilities: 

Site and Vendor Management:

Manage the site in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures and contract scope.

Assist with vendor management for maintenance of janitorial, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, critical systems, HVAC, and others defined within the portfolio of respective sites.

Support the sourcing SME and area/site managers through the vendor contract procurement process

Ensure all vendors are in compliance with contract and all insurance requirements are met

Ensure compliance with all health and safety, environment and risk management policies and procedures in conjunction with the area/site manager.

Coordinate internally with other teams which may include food services, events, move/add/changes, security and capital projects.

Support the site and facilities manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client.

Any other activities to support site operations, including, but not limited to: moves/reconfigurations, events, safety, reception and mail services

Relationship Management:

Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction

Compliance:

Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures

Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s); monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) monthly to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly

Enforce all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices

Implement and monitor hazard control and team safety practices, ensure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards

Finance Management:

Assist the facilities manager to achieve or exceed financial targets and key performance indicators.

Manage vendor work orders, invoices, and payments

Team Management:

Provide excellent onboarding, training, and team building

Actively support an environment of teamwork, co-operation, performance excellence and personal success

Act as an ambassador for JLL, adopting and maintaining the firm’s core values of Teamwork, Ethics and Excellence

Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including driving the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations

Education, Training & Experience:

Minimum of two years of industry experience required either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant

Skills & Knowledge:

Excellent customer, computer, managerial, verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives

Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical systems).

Estimated total compensation for this position:

70,900.00 – 80,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
