Assistant Facilities Manager

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Commitment to facility operations excellence

Manage daily safety operations and technical issues

Develop and implement comprehensive preventative programs for site management

Ensure maintenance of electrical, mechanical, structural, and plant equipment

Comply with government, client, and internal policies

Fire Systems Expertise

Oversee regular inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems

Perform hands-on troubleshooting and field data collection related to fire systems

Performance Excellence

Meet and exceed service level agreements

Ensure all key performance indicators in the management contract are met

Championing Improvement

Launch improvement and savings programs, including utilities cost-cutting initiatives

Coordinate with vendors on diverse projects

Align technical and safety audits with project timelines

Putting best practices in place

Contribute to creating engineering service delivery standards

Plan, implement, and review site-specific processes and protocols

Develop tools to measure the technical team's performance

A technical hands-on expert

Diploma or professional qualification in engineering or facilities management

Over four years of experience in facilities operation

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in fire systems maintenance and troubleshooting

Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is a significant advantage

Proficiency in troubleshooting processes and field data collection

Good communicator

Excellence in spoken and written English

Ability to effectively communicate technical issues to colleagues, clients, and vendors
