We offer ongoing training and development opportunities for licensed and unlicensed healthcare team members, and have best in class clinical resources for training, education, and point of care support. **How you make a difference** The Assistant Facility Maintenance Managerat the Columbia Regional Care Center (CRCC)works closely with the Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of facility building maintenance, construction, and grounds. This includes ensuring proper safety, sanitation, and mechanical functions for all buildings, grounds, and equipment, while also ensuring compliance with all applicable building and fire codes. In the absence of the Facility Maintenance Manager, the Assistant Facility Maintenance Manager assumes responsibility for managing and overseeing these functions. **Key Responsibilities** + Utilizes a participative approach to oversee maintenance department personnel and work being conducted. + Manages maintenance mechanic workforce,providesoversight and direction to Maintenance Technicians, and ensurestimelycompletion of maintenance activities. + Oversees vendor-personnel to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and building codes. + Directs operations and maintenance of utilities, HVAC, emergency services, and implements preventative maintenance program. + Maintains compliance with national standards and requisitions andmaintainsinventory of building maintenance supplies. **Qualifications & Requirements** Education + High school diploma or equivalent. + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or business preferred. Experience + Five (5) years of facilities management experience or other related experience. + Higher Education may be accepted in place of experience.
