Job Title : Assistant Field Service Engineer (OPH)

Contract: Fixed Term (1yr)

Location : Seoul

[ Key Responsibilities ]

Perform Installation, PM, Corrective Maintenance, Application support for medical devices at customer site and Technical Service Room

Provide a remote service included ZEISS Smart Service and Phone fix to customer All service activities should be following the service manual(procedures) and record on Service report Be responsible for checking systems and devices to meet technical inspection standardMaintain and review received inspection documentsConduct HQ communications regarding service, inspection, and device issuesDemonstrate true sense of ownership and coordinate with engineering and escalation teams to achieve solution of customer issues and requestsTechnical support for the products installation, demonstration in exhibits, academic societyManage service tool calibration and truck stock (own engineer’s stock)

[ Requirements ]

Sell service products for OPTIME Service Contract Support to sales team Support to Quality Controller and ensure a quality of performed on-site product inspections
