Job Title : Assistant Field Service Engineer (REF)

Contract: Fixed Term (1yr)

Location : Daejeon

[ Key Responsibilities ]

Perform Installation, PM, Corrective Maintenance, Application support for medical devices at customer site and Technical Service Room

Provide a remote service included Zeiss Smart Service and Phone fix to customer

All service activities should be following the service manual(procedures) and record on Service report

Be responsible for checking systems and devices to meet technical inspection standard

Maintain and review received inspection documents

Conduct HQ communications regarding service, inspection, and device issues

Demonstrate true sense of ownership and coordinate with engineering and escalation teams to achieve solution of customer issues and requests

Technical support for the products installation, demonstration in exhibits, academic society

Manage service tool calibration and truck stock (own engineer’s stock)

Drive sales of service products for the OPTIME Service Contract.

Support to the sales team to enhance customer engagement and business growth

Collaborate with the Quality Controller to ensure the quality of performed on-site product inspections

[ Requirements ]

University degree and/or equivalent certifications and experiences in Engineering or relate field

Business-level English communication skills

Professional appearance and ability to foster company success through courteous interactions with customers

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as par of a team

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
