The Assistant Manager for Finance Management (FM) Services assists the FM Manager in managing day-to-day operations, supporting implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring quality delivery of services, while performing certain analyst functions. About the Role:
Serve as a point of contact for the team in the Manager's absence, addressing immediate concerns or escalating issues as needed.Support in the effective delegation of tasks to team members, ensuring work is completed accurately and within deadlines.Conduct financial analysis, including rent variance reporting, payment reconciliations, review of rent rolls/straight-line records for accuracy.Update the real estate system with expense adjustments, including base rent modifications, revised estimates, and one-time charges, ensuring accuracy and alignment with lease agreements.Conduct audits of Year-End Common Area Maintenance (CAM), Insurance, and Real Estate Tax reconciliations, interpret, and analyze all charges for accuracy, in accordance with lease documents.About You:
Bachelor’s degree required with minimum of 7 years of work experience.Requires intermediate knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) regulations including an intermediate knowledge of financial terms and principles to include accounting methods (cash, accrual, and full GAAP).Experience in accountancy, invoices processing, data administration, real estate, data analysis will be an advantage.At least 2 years of experience supervising a small team providing guidance and training to ensure productivity and accuracy.Prior experience in transaction management, property management, lease administration and invoice processing are preferred.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
