The key role for you as our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

We are looking for our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, who:

Assists in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service (In-room Dining)Ensures smooth coordination between kitchen and service teamsMonitors inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levelsHandles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptlyUpholds health, safety, and sanitation standardsAssists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targetsShares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & CareHas previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
