Overview Assistant Food & Beverage Manager We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. This position will primarily focus on overseeing and managing the Restaurant/Outlet’s daily operations while frequently assisting with banquet functions in our 65,000 square feet of function and event space. Additionally, this role will actively participate in the Hotel MOD (Manager on Duty) program, contributing to overall hotel leadership and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience and efficient service. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to maintain excellence in both restaurant and banquet operations. Provide leadership, training, scheduling, and performance management for restaurant and banquet staff. Actively participate in the Hotel MOD program, addressing guest needs and ensuring smooth hotel-wide operations. Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and safety in all food and beverage areas. Assist with planning and executing banquets, weddings, conferences, and other special events as needed. Monitor and manage inventory levels to support restaurant and banquet operations. Address guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally. Stay informed on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance operations and guest satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager. Requirements: A minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience in the food and beverage industry. Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and empower staff. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in hospitality management systems and computer software. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
