We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our team as **Assistant F&B Manager** . Reporting to the Cluster Head of Food & Beverage, this role is a leadership position responsible for the overall day to day operation of our food and beverage outles to deliver a memorable F&B experience to our guests. **Key Responsibilities:** The Assistant F&B Manager will be responsible to Assist the Head of F&B and ensure the smooth running of the F&B outlets of the Hotel, whilst ensuring adherance to brand standards, preparation and adherance to budgets, adequate manning levels and service level standards. The selected candidate will also be responsbile to develop and manage the strategic plan for the Food and Beverage outlets including budget administration, forecasting, inventory and cost control by reviewing staffing levels, optimizing operational efficiencey, controling inventories of F&B commodities, small equipment and other consumables, whilst ensuring compliance with the Food Saftey and Hygiene standards, adherance to Brand Guidelines and operational procedures. **Key Skills & Experience:** + Proven experience managing diverse F&B outlets such as fine dining, casual dining, and banquets coupled with an educational background in hospitality management; + Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle guest feedback and special requests; + Guest Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills on delivering personalized guest experiences; + Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrated ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams to achieve operational excellence. + Operational exprtise and strong knowledge of revenue management strategies, budgeting and financial analysis. + Excellent organizational and planning skills + Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant technology; **What We Offer:** + A competitive salary package and benefits. + Opportunities for personal and professional growth within the IHG Hotels & Resorts brand. + The chance to be part of a world-renowned hospitality team.
