We are currently recruiting for an Assistant for our Japanese Corporate Banking Division in Munich on the basis of a fixed-term contract for two years.

The role includes the following 

Support of banking transactions (e.g. Account Opening, Loan, Deposit, Settlement, FX, Trade Finance, CMS etc.) for our customers in Munich/Stuttgart area  

Administrative tasks related to banking transactions of our customers (e.g. Loan Contracts, FX documentation) 

Customer communication related to regulations and compliance such as KYC procedures etc.  

Internal communication within our bank and with several departments of MUFG Group 

Reporting to relevant departments 

General Affairs support such as arrangement of office goods, office facility replenishment and post service 

In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following: 

Preferable would be work experience in the finance sector or apprenticeship as a bank clerk, however, we are also looking forward to an application with apprenticeship in other commercial sectors, if combined with relevant work experience in a bank such as Finance or Treasury, or university degrees 

High level language skills in German and English, Japanese language skills are preferred 

Confident handling of MS Office (Excel and Word) 

Good communication skills with colleagues and customers 

Excellent team work spirit and clear customer focus
