As Assistant Front Office Manager, you will assist in supervising the Front Office Team to ensure that Team Members are prepared and well-informed to deliver Guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out. In order to ensure our guests, have a memorable stay, you will also be in close contact with all other departments within our hotel. Supporting a strong working relationship between the Front Office, Housekeeping and Reservations team is a key aspect of your role to ensure the highest level of guest service and achievement of business objectives.

To fill this position successfully, it is important that you have the following skills:

\n\nPrevious supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel\nHigh level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities\nExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills\nAccountable and resilient\nCommitment to delivering a high level of customer service\nAbility to work under pressure\nFlexibility to respond to a variety of work situations\nAbility to work on your own and as part of a team\nYou are an ambassador of the Hilton Values (Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership & Now).\nGood command of both Dutch and English languages. Any other languages would be an advantage.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nA positive, proactive attitude where 'leading by example' is a key word\nPrevious experience with our PMS system, OnQ is a plus, besides that, experience within Hilton is a preference \n\n

Be informed: Irregular working hours and working during weekends and (public) holidays are a part of this job as well.
