Are you in? **Primary Purpose** **PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION** An entry-level to mid-level attorney responsible for providing full legal service across all areas of law to utility business clients under the supervision of a managing or supervising attorney. Carries out legal assignments, including research and preparation of contracts, memorandums of law, and provides general business support. May be required to draft witness testimony, motions and briefs. **Primary Duties** **PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES** 1 Performs broad and moderately complex legal assignments that are varied. Assists more experienced attorneys in representing Exelon with business, legislative, regulatory and project support, and possibly with agency proceedings and/or relevant litigation.
