About the Role:

This position will support the development, growth and delivery of financial services from CrowdStrike Financial Services to its customers. This is a highly collaborative role, working cross-functionally with our finance, sales and channel alliances teams, and a unique opportunity to help continue to design and build our new financial services delivery business. You will work remotely and report into the VP of Legal, Corporate. 

What You’ll Do:

Oversee all legal aspects pertaining to CrowdStrike Financial Services, including transactional, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and program development matters.

Cultivate and guide the legal strategy for CrowdStrike Financial Services, providing financial products and services to customers (small, medium and large businesses).

Advise on a range of legal and regulatory issues related to the structuring, implementation, delivery and servicing of the financial products and services.

Design, develop and maintain processes and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance while pushing forward business development.

Develop and update template agreements for financial products and services, and negotiate same.

Facilitate the structuring and closure of a broad variety of commercial financing arrangements, from standard to complex.

Support finance, sales and alliances in the delivery of financial products and services.

Partner with senior management to provide strategic, practical, and creative legal advice that contributes to a top-notch experience for our internal and external customers while mitigating legal risks.

Maintain compliance with ongoing licensing and regulatory requirements applicable to captive financing entities.

What You’ll Need:

Experience providing legal and regulatory (both US and international) guidance to a captive subsidiary that provides financial products and services globally.

Demonstrated experience growing and developing a high-performing team.

10+ years of legal experience with a concentration in financial services, including 2+ years of law firm experience.

J.D. and licensed attorney in the US

Team player who welcomes responsibility and thrives in an intense, fast-paced environment.

Resourceful self-starter who enjoys wearing multiple hats and digging into challenging projects, big and small.

Ability to seek pragmatic solutions to mitigate risks, taking into account commercial considerations.

Positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Bonus Points:

Experience working for a technology company.

Experience working for a company that sells through a channel of resellers and distributors.

Experience working with government contracts in the US.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $200,000 - $290,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
