\n \n Job Description

Associa is hiring a full time Assistant General Manager to support its condominium community in the Washington, DC area.

\n

\n

Daily responsibilities:

\n

\n\nBack office Administrative Assistant role to support GM and Facilities Manager with all correspondence and communication to homeowners, committee members, and board of directors.\nType and format correspondence.\nReport and track information.\nIssue key fobs, parking passes, and pool passes.\nManage phone calls and emails.\nRespond to requests and inquires.\nEnter and update community and member information in the database.\nNotify homeowners via BuildingLink software of maintenance issues and updates, s.a. water shut off, pest control, window cleaning, parking, storage, etc.\nSend out HOA violation notifications to homeowners.\nManage and order office supplies.\nReview AP invoices and process AP.\nIssue refunds, imbursements, and wavier requests.\nAssemble documents for board packets.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

Pay rate: $28-33 an hour.

\n Requirements\nHighschool diploma or GED is required.\n2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.\nHOA/Condo Association experience is preferred.\nCustomer service driven, team oriented, and collaborative.\nExcellent communication skills (written and spoken).\nAbility to work proactively, prioritize tasks, and meet time sensitive deadlines with attention to detail.\nExperience utilizing BuildingLink software is highly preferred.\nWell versed in MS Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).\n\n
