WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

Elevate the guest experience at the hotel lobby bar through your passionate leadership, exceptional service delivery, and impactful team development coaching.Role model best practices with the team and consistently meet or exceed all quality assurance visit measurables.Deliver key business measures of service, cost, and labor controlsLeverage strong critical thinking to solve guest service issues, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to unexpected challenges in the fast-paced hotel environmentShow dedication to continuous improvement.Degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success. Hotel-specific experiences preferred with a food & beverage focus or casual dining management experience.
