Responsibilities Situated in the heart of Manhattan, MiMA is the epitome of luxury living. Position Overview: Related is seeking an exceptional Assistant General Manager (AGM) for MiMA, our largest luxurious rental property in New York City. The AGM will play a crucial role in ensuring the property operates seamlessly, providing residents with an extraordinary living experience. Building Information: Designed by one of the world's leading architecture and design firms, Arquitectonica, MiMA is a 63-story glass wall tower featuring 50 floors of luxury rentals, 151 premium tower residences and a new 669-room Yotel. Also on-site, the all-new Pershing Square Signature Center provides three separate theatre and performance spaces designed by Frank Gehry: MiMA | Related Responsibilities include: Assisting with oversight of day-to-day building operations Establishing best practices and systems for office operations, policy and procedures Engaging third-party vendors and suppliers for appropriate services Assisting with all aspects of move-ins for new residents, including future follow-up to ensure positive acclimation to the building Ensuring efficient and courteous response to all resident requests, inquiries and concerns Assisting in the development and implementation of resident relation activities and events Preparing and process appropriate written communications, i.e., memos, letters, insurance incident reports, etc.  Maintaining accurate files for all site administration, including: lease files, operational procedure files, work-order files, etc. Collecting and post all resident rent payments and manage accounts receivables Coordinating the filing of legal proceedings in accordance with local ordinances  Additional projects as assigned Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 + Discretionary Bonus Benefits: Personalized Health Care: Multiple medical, dental, and vision plan options; Employee Assistance Program Financial Benefits: Competitive salary and incentive packages; matching 401(k); FSAs and HSA; employer-paid life and AD&D insurance; paid leave & disability programs Social Wellness: 19+ days of PTO; mental health counseling & resources; fertility, surrogacy, and adoption assistance; volunteer days and donation matching Career Development: Learning & training programs; tuition & certification reimbursement; internal advancement opportunities #LI-NG1 #RMC #LUXNYFL Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of property operations and luxury customer service experience Property management or hospitality experience highly preferred Ability to navigate financial P and L statements, variance reports and budgets Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends (especially during lease-up) Yardi or similar software experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Overview Related Management Company (RMC) is the leading innovator in managing real estate as an owner/operator.
