Assistant Guest Experience Manager - Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur at KL Midtown
**Description:** You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Guest Experience Manager is responsible is responsible to assist Club Lounge & Guest Experience Manager ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Experience daily operations leading the Front Office team to ensure warm, friendly and efficient services are provided for all guests upon check-in, during stay and upon check-out.
