Assistant Guest Services Manager

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Assistant Guest Services Manager who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Responsible for management of Guest Services and Concierge departments.  

Interviews, trains and schedules the staff.

Conducts performance evaluations and disciplines staff when needed.Performs all aspects of position with efficiency, respect, friendliness, professionalism, teamwork, knowledge, patience, awareness, compassion, courtesy and initiative.

Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, professional, gracious service at all times.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Applicants are highly recommended to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Resort Management.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This will include any day of the week, all shifts, and holidays.

High attention to detail and customer service skills

Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
