Job Description Role
We are currently looking for an Assistant Guest Services Manager to join our team of associates at Rosewood London. The Assistant Guest Services Manager is entrusted to lead and develop the Guest Services teams to consistently deliver a seamless telephone service to all our internal and external guests. 

Key expectations of this role areEfficiently answering phone calls by using Rosewood correct telephone etiquette at all times.Ensuring the highest standard of all guest service associates, striving to go extra mile by delivering heartfelt interactions with our internal and external guests.Strive for the continuous development of all associates by allocation of duties.Embracing Rosewood standards to ensure a consistent guest experience delivered by all guest service associates.Having a thorough knowledge of all services offered by the hotel and its dining facilities.
ProfileA good understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.Sound understanding of leading and developing people effectively.Being self-motivated. Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.Possessing a proficient level of written and spoken English.
