In order to stay at the top of our game, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Head Coach (Team and Culture) who can help provide the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life!

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You’ll work in partnership with your Head Coach, to keep all store functions running seamlessly. In addition, you will create an environment in which your employees can excel personally and professionally. Reporting to the Head Coach, you will:

Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to lifeProvide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the teamAssist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potentialCare about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

WHAT YOU BRING:

A passion for the Nike brandExperience leading a large team in retail, with experience across training, development, people metrics, store communication, scheduling and timesheetsThe ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teamsStrong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsSound computer proficiency

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will work with a dedicated and committed team of Athletes, Coaches and Senior Leaders who strive to provide a customer experience second to none!
 

Full-Time must have full availability across weekdays and weekends. You will work on a rotating roster, where some weekend work is expected. Due to the nature of our rotating roster, we are unable to consider your application if there are regular days (or parts of days) that you are unable to work.

The opportunity is a 12 month parental leave cover.
