Assistant HR Business Partner (3 Months Contract)

Our two other solution hubs, Publicis Sapient and Publicis Commerce, empower businesses to embrace digital transformation and equip them with a total commerce experience. **Overview** You will be part of the HR/Talent team, supporting the HR Business Partners in the business units/functions they look after in areas like but not limited to onboarding, salary/benefits administration, immigration/relocation, exit clearance and other day to day people matters. **Responsibilities** **Salary/Benefits Administration** + Be the first point of contact for basic employee queries on benefits, salary, insurance matters + Responsible for processing and checking of monthly payroll processing and reports + Responsible for ensuring that the personal cost tracker is updated with leavers and joiners data **Onboarding Experience** + Be the first point of contact for all onboarding of employees – this includes preparation of all new joiners’ administration, contracrs, conducting orientation sessions, liaising with other business stakeholders i.e. IT, admin to prepare for onboarding of incoming employees **Immigration/Relocation** + Handle all work pass applications/queries and resolve issues arising from them + Work with global mobility for interbal transfer of employees i.e. temporary accommodation, shipping etc + Exit Experience + Be the first point of contact for all outbound employees i.e. letter generation, last pay determination **Other People matters** + Participate in and support busines partners in yearly review cycles i.e. performance reviews, promotions, salary increases, bonus exercises etc + Work and collaborate with other members of the HR/Talentr team where necessary on projects, work etc + Ensure compliance with lesgilations, regulations and internal business requirements where needed **Qualifications** + At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR operations/administration + Good knowledge of the local labour legislations + Experience in the entire employee life cycle is crucial to performing this role + Good to have worked in other industries and/or HR best practices **Core Competencies** + Merticulous and detailed + Proactive + Team Player and collaborative + Hunger with a curious mindset + Ability to work flecibility and deal with ambiguities + People oriented and people first mindset
