The Assistant Human Resources Manager is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources or Human Resources Manager with the implementation of Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.

Ideally with a university Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Hospitality/Tourism Management. Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Human Resources Manager or 2 years' experience as Assistant Manager-Human Resources in larger operation.
