Implement all report related to manpower including turnover, leave management, social insurance..... Manage and monitor the probation contract, labour contract for all local employees Ensure the timely and confidential management of employee data. Update the latest labour code to implement benefits for employees. Liaise with the local Labour authority for all related matters as assigned by the Human Resources Manager or Director of Human Resources. Assist in the recruitment process by handling of enquiries, registration, arranging interview and conduct the reference check at appropriate time. Maintain all applications, screens and interviews applicants suitable for positions. Research and proposes competitive compensation/benefits/incentive packages. Check time attendance and prepare the monthly payroll.
