Ideally with a professional diploma or certification in Hygiene.Minimum 2 years' work experience as Hygiene Officer in larger operation. Strong knowledge of international hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP certification.Certification with ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System.Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages, especially Arabic, is an advantage.Experience in luxury hotel operations or In GCC food safety regulations is a plus.
