Job Summary** Provides a variety of administrative and secretarial duties in support of an executive of the company (VP or above). Work assignments are complex in nature, and require considerable judgment, tact, creativity, and initiative in order to resolve problems. **II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned. Serves as a liaison between senior executive manager, managers and visitors as required; requests and schedules appointments and meetings and resolves problems requiring in-depth knowledge of company policies and procedures, and projects in progress. Takes independent action on handling requests; determines the appropriate course of action, intervenes where necessary, and acts as a liaison between departments. Coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in technical reports and presentations; performs independent research and prepares information for special projects as assigned. Administers the department record keeping system; updates various department records and publications; ensures that department files are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures; reviews requests for information and determines the appropriateness of release. Interprets and relays company policy information; keeps Senior Vice President informed of any deviation on items requiring personal attention. Drafts confidential correspondence, edits documents, takes and transcribes minutes of meetings, and performs other administrative and secretarial duties. Arranges domestic and international travel. **III. Supervisory Responsibilities** This job has no superviory duties. **IV. Qualifications** The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited). Experience: Eight (8) years of prior work experience. B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Proficient with Microsoft Office Knowledge of general office equipment **V.
