Kforce has a client in Smithfield, RI that is seeking an Assistant Laptop Technician. Responsibilities: * Mainly Lenovo troubleshooting - gets a broken laptop and runs the software to discover what is wrong * Troubleshoot the laptop to figure out what is wrong, then give it to the Level I technician * Order any parts that are needed to fix the laptop * Assign out temporary or permanent laptops in the meantime to employees while theirs are being fixed
