We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Learning Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the learning and development initiatives for our organization, fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence.

Collaborate with the Leaders to design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goalsPrepare and monitor individual development plans for team members, ensuring their professional growth and skill enhancementOrganize and conduct engaging training activities, utilizing various learning methodologies and technologiesSupport the Property Leadership Team with expert advice on improving team members' skills and capabilitiesAnalyze training needs and create effective learning programs to address identified gapsDevelop and maintain e-learning content using cutting-edge tools and technologiesManage the learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress and generate insightful reportsFoster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and collaborationStay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training initiativesContribute to the development of a strong organizational culture that prioritizes continuous learning and customer satisfaction

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related fieldProven experience in Training & Development, preferably in a similar roleStrong communication, training, and presentation skillsDemonstrated passion for leadership and ability to motivate othersProficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning toolsIn-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesExperience in curriculum development and training needs analysisAbility to create and deliver engaging learning programs for diverse audiencesExcellent organizational and time management skillsCultural sensitivity and understanding of local business practices in the UAECollaborative mindset with a customer-focused approach to learning and developmentAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant e-learning authoring tools
