ASSISTANT LEASING MANAGER

Job Description Summary

The Assistant Leasing Manager is expected to contribute and deliver optimum business revenue generating leads and clients. The role of this position enables the team to achieve the target revenue, builds strong business acumen strategies, provides insights on current market trends, and manages existing and future Clients.

Job Description

• Prepares standard and customized lease proposals to prospective Clients.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and lease agreements.
• Facilitates lease negotiations and documentations.
• Coordinates charges with Landlords and Clients on occupancy decisions.
• Coordinate and executes ocular inspections.
• Ensure proper Client services to Tenants.
• Oversees overall tenant relations like renewals, rent reviews and other necessary probable transactions.
• Adheres to latest Leasing policies of the organization.

 

Experience & Educational Qualification

- At least 5 (five) years of experience working in the Corporate Real Estate industry.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or marketing or any business-related course.

- Experience & knowledge across a broad range of corporate real estate activities essential.
- Ability to perform critical lease document administration and management functions.
- Strong client focus and customer service mindset essential.
- Demonstrated ability to act upon client instructions and to negotiate outcomes in line with client expectations.

- Able to work independently and as part of a local and international team.
