What you will do:
Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for the following:

Maintaining ledgers, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with Solicitors’ Accounts Rules (SAR) and Anti Money Laundering regulations. Supporting monthly and year-end cashiering duties, SAR audits, and compliance training. Preparing financial reports, billing forecasts, and KPIs for partners. Preparing bills for fee earners, reviewing matter lists and resolving issues. Managing office expenses, supplies, file management, archiving and ad hoc administrative tasks. Assisting the Partners and Operations team in ensuring smooth office operations. What you will need: At least two years’ experience in a similar role within a legal firm A self-motivated and organised approach to your work Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships A willingness to “pitch in” and help out wherever is needed
