**Position: Assistant Maintenance Manager (Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM)**
**Pay: $100K - $105K annually plus 10% bonus incentive**
As an **Assistant Maintenance Manager (AMM)** , you will lead maintenance operations at a single site, ensuring the efficiency, safety, and performance of all engineering assets. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager or Regional Maintenance Manager, you will be instrumental in building a culture of operational excellence while developing a high-performing maintenance team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Safety Leadership**
+ Foster a culture of safety across all operations
+ Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and training requirements
+ Monitor safety metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
+ Partner with safety specialists to achieve site and corporate safety goals
**Operational Excellence**
+ Lead preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs
+ Drive completion of work orders and resolve high-severity breakdowns
+ Monitor and improve KPIs such as PM completion rate, OEE, and SIM ticket resolution
**Team Leadership & Development**
+ Supervise and support maintenance technicians
+ Conduct regular 1:1s and team huddles to align on goals and performance
+ Collaborate with leadership to identify talent and create development plans
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Serve as the primary maintenance point-of-contact on site
+ Partner with Operations to resolve issues and align on production priorities
+ Communicate updates and opportunities for continuous improvement
**Administrative & Technical Oversight**
+ Ensure all team members meet training compliance
+ Maintain accurate records in CMMS and dashboards
+ Support parts inventory, warranty claims, and budget compliance
**Qualifications:**
**Required:**
+ 3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams, KPIs and holding others accountable.
+ Proven ability to implement PM/PdM programs and lead high-performing teams
+ Strong understanding of safety procedures, compliance, and audits
+ Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
+ Experience with conveyor systems and robotics in fulfillment or logistics environments
**Preferred:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field _(OR 5+ years of equivalent management experience_
**__** **Physical Requirements**
+ Lift up to 50 lbs., and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, or reaching
+ Operate aerial lifts and ladders as required
+ Walk 6–12 miles per day, including stairs, in a warehouse setting
+ Work in varying temperatures while wearing PPE such as hard hats and composite toe shoes
+ Ability to type and use a computer for 1–2 hours per day

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $89,250.00 - $105,000.00
