About the Role

Managing and coordinating various activities within the agency to ensure smooth operations. Assists the department heads/supervisor in maintaining a smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of Agency and liaise with other functions for implementation of initiatives and projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating various activities within the agency to ensure smooth operations such as team movement, MOC and Promotion.Identifying areas for efficiency and effectiveness improvements in operational processes.Development and implementation of SOPs for the agency's operations.Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the agency's operations.Assists department supervisor in identifying and providing all-round and comprehensive support and services for agents related to agents’ rewards, recognition and incentive.Facilitating effective communication within the agency and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on goals and priorities.Liaise with the department supervisor and various staff to ensure effective.Participates in a range of activities related to agent services and to comply with the AIA guidelines; (e.g social media marketing and compliance)Handles and processes agent’ requests and enquiries effectively and efficiently; and to ensure timely delivery of services by meeting departmental benchmark.Prepare regular tracker/reports on agency activities to department head for review

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance operations or a similar role.Strong understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement changes effectively.Effective stakeholder engagement and management skills communicating effectively at senior levelAbility to organize, plan and manage projects simultaneously, troubleshooting to meet deadlines
