The opportunity
This role will be assisted Head of Agency Operation to take proper actions in term of assessment, monitoring and mitigation of the risks across the Agency Operation Department under Agency Channel.
Responsibilities
Review process, procedures, Memo, Policies within Agency Operation to identify risk and recommend mitigate control accordingly. Support the owners who direct report to Agency Operation Head in establishing appropriate mitigating controls relating to the Agency quality and assessing the design and operating effectiveness of these controls.Collaborate with Agency Line 1B, local Risk, Legal, Compliance to embed the distribution business quality framework for the thematic review of sales quality and standards across the Agency Operation such as RCSA, Fraud risk assessment, Archer Reporting.Regularly working with Control owner to oversight the actions and progress to mitigate the risk, control weakness identified or to close Audit items and Compliance findings related to Agency quality Management as well as working out on the action plan for incident/issue happened within Agency Operation.Agency Project Management: Manage or assist assigned function(s) to manage Project assigned by Head of Agency Operation.Evaluate current and identify agency operation risks facing by Agency Operation and ensure that controls are properly designed and implement.Play as a main contact point of Agency Operation in working with Audit/Compliance review, respond to Audit and Compliance findings and assist in the development of remediation plans.Collaborate with Risk Management and Compliance teams to complete their exercise on time.Complete assigned project on time and immediate escalate project issue to line Manager.
