Responsible for managing information technology infrastructure as well within AIA and providing technical support to internal users.Support a wide range of network products including LAN/WAN, Load balancer, F5, Akamai and optimization both on prem and in the cloud.Assist in leading project roll out and troubleshooting for supported services.Monitor environment for capacity, risk, and workload and flag to appropriate parties and where applicable take necessary remediation stepsApply best practices, strategies, methodologies, and approaches to Voice ServicesCreate and review operational documentation as required.Create and manage a governance best practice to maintain the quality and security of platform across all the local BUs.Set an example of what “good” looks like and lead from the frontMeasure, collaborate and lift capability of the service to AIA from vendor teamsWork closely with Network, Security and Cloud teams to ensure the delivery of secure and stable services.Stay informed and in tune with the latest methodologies, best practices, trends in relevant sector.Shift duty and on-call may be required
