Assistant Manager, Business Analyst

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Business Analyst
In this role, we are looking for a professional with prior experience in advanced sales analytics projects in healthcare/ life sciences. You will oversee project delivery for one of Genpact’s healthcare/ life sciences client, work hands on analytics projects and mine opportunities for growth, in a fairly fast paced business environment while being a standout colleague.
Responsibilities
Has worked extensively in the life sciences analytics space with hands on experience in LSH domain under consulting analytics
• Lead complex analytics projects for a large US based medical devices client
• Liaison with client and onshore team to understand business problem and define solution
• Build PoVs, help structure POCs, front-end clients
• Interact with the business to identify use cases to be solved
• Use appropriate advanced and sophisticated methods and approaches to synthesize, clean, visualize and investigate data as appropriate to deliver analytical recommendations aligned with the business need
• Consult to identify risks and opportunities that impacts the performance of the business and convert them into analytical solutions and provide appropriate meaningful insights
• End to end ownership of delivery, standardization, innovation, usage and expectation management.
• Engage in all aspects of project management: project scoping, planning, estimation, scheduling, resourcing, quality and delivery
• Client Relationship management: Liaise with client and internal leadership to build lasting relationships leading to seamless delivery of services
• Operational excellence – governance, weekly utilization, project prioritization etc.
• Team Management: Optimize offshore team utilization, act as first point of escalation, provide guidance to direct reports on analytics solutions and manage performance of
• team members. Hire, coach, mentor and develop the staff skills and also provide career development planning and opportunities
• Monitor different ad-hoc reports that are built and used by home office and field teams and identify the opportunity to automate and streamline some of the recurring reports
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science wit focus on Quantitative Sciences, MBA
• Proficiency in using at least one programming language (R, Python, SQL, SAS, Java etc.)
• Intermediate to proficient level expertise in at least one BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, MSTR, Power BI)
• Experience in supporting commercial analytics such as Sales force effectiveness, Sales team enablement analytics, Marketing programs and Campaign effectiveness analytics.
• Experience in working on consumer datasets
• Entry level understanding of how machine learning works
• Storytelling skill
• Exposure to data science, statistical and modeling techniques
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Client Relationship management: Liaise with client and internal leadership to build lasting relationships leading to seamless delivery of services
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, and delegation of tasks, motivate team deliver high quality outcome consistently
• Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment
• Desire to solve business problems and enthusiasm to take on new challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
