The Deliveries team is a dynamic and longstanding team responsible for the overall performance of GrabFood across the country. We make an impact by ensuring efficient operations of the deliveries marketplace, while driving growth initiatives and further expansion. Our team is made up of dedicated, customer-focused individuals who are adept at multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Get to know the role

We are looking for someone who will help the team in Business and Strategy Operations to oversee the operations, performance, and growth of our Grab Service Hub (GSH) cities. We believe a successful candidate is excellent at stakeholder management and problem solving, and has the hunger to grow the business. This role is required because of our ongoing expansion and the need for efficient operations and strategic initiatives to support our growth. In return, you will get an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to a diverse range of tasks, and make a significant impact on our operations and strategic direction.

The Day-to-Day Activities

You serve as the main point person for Grab Service Hubs (GSH) citiesYou are responsible for the overall metrics of GSH cities, and track and monitor performance to ensure total business is growing as plannedYou ensure the GSH operational partners achieve their targets according to the agreed scorecardYou provide support to GSH operational partners to ensure operations run smoothly overall, including items related to GrabFood Merchant-Partners and Driver-PartnersYou engage with external and internal stakeholders to brainstorm how to grow the business

Qualifications

The Must-Haves

You have Heart, Hunger, Honour and Humility You have a bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of experience in operations and/or project managementYou have strong stakeholder management skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skillsYou are proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and are able to draw key insights from numbersYou are organized and can easily handle tasks for projects with multiple timelinesYou are willing to work on the field and engage closely with your stakeholdersYou can handle different personalities and business objectives simultaneously, and in a calm, composed mannerYou are a self-starter, are detail-oriented, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentYou are humble and easygoing - happy to learn on the fly and roll with the punchesYou must be based in any city in Visayas and MindanaoYou must be open to travel from time to time to Visayas & Mindanao cities

You are knowledgeable in SQL and/or Python
