About the Role

Strategic Planning: Develop and align OTC strategies with the broader goals and objectives of the Tower and the company as a whole.

Service Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of the OTC services within the framework, ensuring adherence to SLA, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize OTC processes, streamline workflow, and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.

Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with other organization functions to ensure alignment and integration of OTC processes with broader business processes and systems.

Talent Development: Build and develop a high-performing team within the OTC function, providing coaching, leadership, and mentoring to team members, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, business unit leaders, and external parties to communicate OTC strategies, initiatives, and outcomes and solicit feedback to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze OTC-related data, metrics, and performance indicators to monitor service delivery, identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making and process improvements.

Ad Hoc Reporting/Presentation: Help develop presentation materials for the leadership team based on the team's and business's outcomes and performance.

Qualifications

Mandarin Speaker required

Minimum 2 years of related supervisory experience in Customer Service, preferably within food / Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry

Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage

SAP experience is an advantage
