Job Responsibilities

Conceptualizing and writing Research & Consultancy proposals and presentation to clients.Responsible for undertaking customized projects and service clients on day-to-day basisTo plan and undertake project execution.Managing and mobilising field teams.Analysis data and generating insights.Content Analysis/Report WritingDealing with set of external research and field agencies for B2C and secondary research assignmentsMonitoring field agency work timely completion and quality check.Briefing & Training of field staffCollaborate with other verticals within the firm and offer Joint Products/Engagement Models on a case-to-case basis.Work seamlessly with support functions like Commercial/Compliance/HR/IT etc.Following up with clients for timely payment collection.

People Management Responsibilities

Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with various functions

Build good relationship with functional leaders and stakeholders

Good understanding of the organisation

Professional experience and Competency Profile

MBA from reputed Business School / Postgraduate in Economics/Statistics with 2-3 years primary research-based consulting experience is essential. Experience of working on B2C/B2B research assignments. Candidate with working experience in Consumer research division of MR firms or having exposure in quantitative & qualitative research will be preferred. Knowledge of Real Estate /Retail/ Building Constructions & associated sectors is desirable.

Core Competency

Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills, comfortable with disparate sets of information and ability to draw  accurate causal linkages Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and have the skill of multi-tasking. Deliver work in time and of quality standards set by Cushman & Wakefield and the client Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate and liaison skills. Develop business by identifying opportunities /clients Strong interpersonal & networking skills Involved in business development process by identifying opportunities /clients Self-managing and pro-active.
