Job Summary

Responsible to achieve company/department goals and objectives by achieving sales target allocated through intermediaries.  To be responsible to maintain high level of compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and building strong relationships with intermediaries to achieve company/department objectives. To generate New Business and ensure retention of existing clients from assigned portfolio. Manage and conduct on-boarding, training and briefing on employee benefits ("EB") products and services to intermediaries/clients. Manage outstanding premium of accounts and ensure payment made within the stipulated payment terms. To drive digitalization initiatives to be aligned with Company’s goal and to ensure participation from Intermediaries. To ensure full compliance to division, company, LIAM and BNM guidelines. To offer full cooperation and uphold company goals and vision. Any other duties as and when deemed necessary.

 

Key Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor‘s Degree, Professional Degree in any discipline At least 2 – 5 years of working experience in Sales or Financial Services Result-driven, able to achieve the target assigned, and able to work independently Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and maintain relationships with intermediaries, and an effective team player. Well verse in both verbal and written communication skills – English & Bahasa Malaysia.     Possess own transport and willing to travel
