Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales

About You

CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Senior Executive ,Corporate Sales. We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills to prospect New Corporate Client. Your duties will include achieving sales targets assigned by your team, align with people who can bring leads and draw a clear path and strategy to achieve its sales.

Your Day-To-Day

Aggressive expansion on Corporate Sales by engaging with potential organizations / businesses that require CARSOME productsRequired to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.Ensure partners are able to support the sales metrics via events, campaigns, and collaborationsPlan/strategize and run sales activation campaigns/events with partners/organizationTo support processes, SOPs, and financial procedures for B2B customersDevelop sales pitches and materials with market analysisUsing in-house tool to monitor team-client communicationDevelop sales strategies to negotiate best deal

Your Know How

At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, marketing. Prior experience working in a tech or fast paced company(s) is preferredMust have experience in dealing corporate client such as SME,MNC GLCProven track record of developing and implementing action plans to achieve business objectives with clear and tangible metricsTake initiatives and look for opportunities for improvements. Willing to take and give feedback to colleaguesStrong English communication skills (additional language is a plus), conceptual ability and ability to work with stakeholdersEmotionally intelligent and with good interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentDetail-oriented, hands-on with the ability to complete tasks with speed and accuracyCapable of big-picture thinking while being attentive to details
